Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Heyy everyone!
Here is my thirth take already smile.gif I tryed this time to really get a blues sound, i hope it did work out.
I know i made a mistake at 00:10-00:11 but i really want your opinion about my sound!

The original lesson is: Blues Licks, by Gabriel Leopardi.

Guitar: Ibanez SZ520
Amp: Fender performer 600
For the bluesy distorsion sound, I have used my fender built in tube distorsion.

Very good. One thing you really need to fix here are those bends. They need to be much more stronger and precise. They way to practice them is with metronome and slowly, and go precisely on pitch and release (in tempo of course). Also, you must support those fingers when bending, put the middle and index behind the ring finger when bending with the ring finger, it will be much easier to control the movement of the string.
