GMC Forum _ MTP - The Mentored Training Program _ New Mtp Applications

Posted by: Jesse Jul 30 2009, 01:57 PM

So... i'm applying fast, because I don't know when the upload thread is up.. and if I miss it, im screwed, so I'll put it up here, my videos, lol.

At the moment I'm uploading one to youtube, to show I can produce video, but, that video was recorded with the camera next to amplifier due to my ninja speed.
Real MTP video recordings will be used with setup as follows: Guitar -> Pod -> PC. Which gives better audio, but this is just to show that I have a decent camera.

More "Skill" examples, and video, are here too.
All these video's are shot with the camera that I will use for the MTP program.

Apply, is for Emir, if he is available, and he would like to teach me.

as the title says smile.gif

put your youtube vid and Instructor requests in this thread, we`ll let it run for a little while then start sorting out a little more, I may even add upload application threads for individual Instructors later on to make things a little easier.

So Emir, get your lessons ready!
Theres a bunch of things that I want to try and accomplish, for example being able to play & write something like Hot's Boogie and The Rock Ballad Solo, they are just amazing.
I'll be happy to learn from you!

Application for Lian

The thing i really like to improve on is Metal Lead playing.......

Here are some vids

Lian has been such a big inspiration to me and i would be honored to be mentored by him

Posted by: jafomatic Jul 30 2009, 02:10 PM

Requesting a spot on Emir's list.

Edit: changed to Emir as Pedja seems to have a full bunch of very interested young folks already.

Posted by: maharzan Jul 30 2009, 02:20 PM

Ooooo.. I checked early today. smile.gif

Here is where I am.. all video produced for GMC earlier..

Here is for the collab video:

I want to be MTPed by Muris Varajic at his earliest possible availability.

Posted by: TheKeplerConjecture Jul 30 2009, 02:33 PM

Man, This is one week early for me. I don't yet have the ability to record video. But I will starting Saturday, Aug 8. If there can be a temporary exception, I'd like to be mentored by Pedja. Or perhaps this thread will run long enough for me to get some vids of my playing up before his slots are all filled. Thanks.

Here are some audio examples from GMC collabs:

Here's an original I'm currently working on (sloppy and unmixed work in progress):

 Autorun3.mp3 ( 602.04K ) : 221

And for a real example of my current playing level, here's a recording of a GMC Solo Lesson I'm working on now (one take, rather than picking out the best of multiple - I actually recorded it two seconds ago in my cubicle at work huh.gif)

 Muris__EmMelodicLesson.mp3 ( 883.67K ) : 237

I'm looking to improve all elements of my playing in guitar. The following videos are good representations of my playing. Weak vibrato, inconsistent bending and some mechanics issues that I have trouble working through. However...I've been working on bass lately to strengthen my fingers...Like a guitar bootcamp.

Instructor request: Emir Hot

Posted by: edguy Jul 30 2009, 02:52 PM

WOW guys you are fast smile.gif. So here are two videos of me :

And here i made a video just for the MTP signup. So i record it very fast and made many mistakes smile.gif I'm better actually but because you're all so fast i had to oi it in half an hour smile.gif Edit: Video 3 is now online

So my request is Pedja if he wants a metalhead like me smile.gif

My goals are to become a better player of course smile.gif In detail I want to start with ear training and transcribing songs. Get a better Bending sound (right pitch) And the main reason is i need an instructor that i can ask any stupid question I want smile.gif and have an in touch communication with video analysing smile.gif

So that's it smile.gif

Posted by: Sondre Jul 30 2009, 02:55 PM

*Buying a camera* Leave a spot for me with Pedja, or I will have to use my brothers new BBgun! tongue.gif

On the more serious side: I will buy a camera, if not today, tomorrow, and I would very much like to study with Pedja. I have a Pod for recording sound, but I need a camera. sad.gif

Posted by: Caelumamittendum Jul 30 2009, 02:59 PM

Alright, alright. Here's my application, which is for Pedja as well:

Hey guys long time no see.

Here is my application for Pedja too:

Posted by: Canis Jul 30 2009, 03:26 PM

I'd like to be mentored by the Metal Lord Lian ^^

I don't have many videos of my latest playing, but I'll record some new lessons today and update this post when I get them up!

I want to develop my lead playing, since I struggle when it comes to timing, composing, sweeps, stretches and stamina. I also want to get into more advanced rhythm stuff, to give myself a challenge.

Here's one video for the moment:

Posted by: johnvg Jul 30 2009, 03:50 PM

I would like to apply to be mentored by Lian. Metal is my favorite style of music to play and I am looking to improve in all areas of my playing especially song writing. Here are a few videos that I have previously made for the REC program:

Posted by: mariogl91 Jul 30 2009, 03:58 PM

Here's my application. I'd like to be on Pedja's list.

Edit: embedded the video to the post.

Edit 2: I REALLY need to record myself often. I suck at guitar and didn't even know it! biggrin.gif Hopefully I'll get better with this awesome program.

Posted by: Sami Jul 30 2009, 05:13 PM

Hey everybody! I hope all is well

Here are my 2 videos, i would like to put on PEDJA'S LIST

Even though i make myself out to be mostly a Rock guitarist out of this program i would like to study more Jazz! I'm going to college soon too study jazz and would like to have someone as great as Pedja to help me along the way. I also need to learn basic music theory but would love to go into complex scales, chords and improvisation after that.

Thanks,
Sami

Posted by: Gus Jul 30 2009, 06:36 PM

Instructor request: Emir Hot.

This video pretty much shows where I am. I will add one video with the status of my techniques.

Posted by: Matt23 Jul 30 2009, 06:45 PM

This new mtp is great. Anyway here's my application.

I would like to be mentored by Pedja. I feel I'm progressing pretty well by myself in the rock style, but I'm really not good at playing Jazz, and I'd like to get good at it. So if Pedja would be able to mentor me in the Jazz style that would be great.

Some rock videos.

And some of my attempts at Jazz

If you want to see more videos look at my http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/Matt23

Matt smile.gif

P.s. If Pedja's list is full (it looks that way), then I'd like to be mentored by Emir Hot. If his list is full then I'm not sure who. Maybe at the end there could be a list of instructors with spare places.

Edit: Actually since I'm happy with the way I'm progressing myself atm, in the rock style, I feel it would be selfish to try and get a mentor other than my first choice. I would very much like to be mentored by Pedja, even if I have to wait three months, so I'm not going to put a second choice.

Posted by: sted Jul 30 2009, 08:00 PM

Well, heres my request for Mr Milenkovic!

I would like Ivan (Milenkovic) if he is available (and willing of course!) as we share many of the same musical styles and influences, Ive got even more vids on my YT channel if needs be: http://www.youtube.com/user/bigleemac smile.gif

Posted by: Sondre Jul 30 2009, 09:45 PM

OK. I put Pedja as my first choice, and Emir on second in case Pedja is full already. smile.gif

Posted by: Joruus Jul 30 2009, 09:47 PM

I'd like to sign up for David if he is available for this.

Ill post some videos here i made for my MTP with Vaialation a few months ago.
Will try to make a newer video this weekend aswell.
Video And audio quallity will be better then in these old videos, cause i now record audio with usb instead of camera mic, and record video in vegas..

Posted by: Staffy Jul 30 2009, 10:05 PM

Here's some vids for my application... The audio quality shall be the same, the vid quality as in video 2, of course more close up to the fretboard, since these vids wasn't produced for this purpose.... Oh, and as Sted I would like to have Ivan since we seems to like the same kind of styles.... :-)

Hello everyone! I'm back from my vacation, just in time to see this thread... biggrin.gif

I have not been able to make many videos, so I will just put up my old REC - video for the application... If it's not enough I could make some more videos, but I think this shows my current level (at least for what I'm able to record properly)

The instructor I would wish as my mentor would be either Zsolt or David if available

Thanks smile.gif

Posted by: Fusar Jul 31 2009, 12:24 AM

Hey!
I joined GMC to start playing the guitar and I was impressed by this MTP...
since I'm a complete beginner (and complete means complete tongue.gif) and playing only for two weeks, I don't have anything to upload sad.gif I'm working on Muris' Strumming and Arpeggios and on Andrew's Smoke on the water, but I haven't recorded anything...don't know how long one can make an application, but I really really really wanna be mentored! I'm sure this would improve my playing very fast laugh.gif
So I'll upload something as fast as I can...
I'd love to be mentored by Ivan Milenkovic! (and when he wouldn't be "available", I'd love Gabriel Leopardi )
So this post will be edited, I'll add a bigger application and 2 videos for sure ! (if I can play these tricky barre chords rolleyes.gif )

Posted by: purple hayes Jul 31 2009, 02:07 PM

I'll start off by saying that I'll take any instructor that's willing to have me. I'll do bass if Bodgan wants to mentor me. I'm positive I can learn something from any instructor from 3 months of mentoring.

Things I really need work on: everything

Here are my two most recent videos for the REC program:

Here's every video I've ever done: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=duathlon70&view=videos

Posted by: Alexiaden93 Jul 31 2009, 08:14 PM

EDIT:
Would it be OK if I changed my list ? I think I have a lot to learn from Emir when it comes to composing, neoclassical metal, vibrato and shredding (with feel).

Instructors in order of preference :

Emir Hot (insane shredding)

Marcus Lavendell (for his insane vibrato)
Gabriel Leopardi (for his admiration of Iron Maiden, and some awesome skills)
Lian Gerbino (awesome rhythm and power metal)

Now if any of these are unavailable, I would like to know so before actually being given one, so I can maybe reconsider my request, although it's quite probable that I'll choose Gabriel ! biggrin.gif

Anyway, I like metal, any kind, although Classic Metal (Iron Maiden) and Epic/Power Metal along with Neoclassical are the styles that are most appealing to me. I enjoy almost all metal bands, as long as the vocalist doesn't growl in such a manner as to spoil the rest of the song. (I know Lian growls, but he actually sounds cool, just check out Where is Santa ?) What I'm trying to improve with my guitar playing is definitely legato, finger strength/independence in general, tapping, vibrato, bending, theory... I guess I could use some improvement in every aspect of my playing... smile.gif

Here are a few video of myself playing from the REC board. You can see my entire repertoire on the REC Score Board, following this link: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/Alexiaden93

So, instructionators, I'm awaiting your signal to start practising ! biggrin.gif

I would really love to be mentored by Pedja!

If he is not available i think the following intructors would fit my needs the best:
muris, ramiro, ivan milenkovic, Piotr or marcus lavendell.

What i need:
Organised/focused practise
know all the arpegios on the fretboard
jazz theory (as modulations and other stuff for improving my composing skills)

Genres i play the most (though i like all genres):
Blues
rock
jazz
classical

Videos of my playing:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSUNc12EacQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFuutuvjXb4&feature=related

I am now able to record my video(HD-quality) and audio seperatly (=no noise)

With great hopes of getting mentored wink.gif
-Frederik

# Edit:
Made Pedja my number 1 priority

Posted by: T-Gunn Jul 31 2009, 10:52 PM

I just joined GMC and this was primarily the reason why so i can apply for a mentor ive been playing for a couple months and feel like im lacking direction and this sounds absolutely perfect, im pretty much a blank canvas for a instructor atm and im looking to absorb as much as i can. I am really only a beginner so i dont have a whole lot to show nor would i know what too however if chosen i would film whatever is required of me for my instructor.

Im into metal such as thrash, power metal and glam i also like bluesy kind of rock like aerosmith, the stones and hendrix.

I wouldnt mind being mentored by someone like velvet roger or uncle skillet but whoever has been deemed worthy enough of mentor status will do for me just as long as they are hands on and know what they are talking about as i really need to get the very basics of lead and rhythm down along with some theory.

Okay so here is my vid(first time recording rushed it so settings are off) i havent been playing very long at all this is my first proper shot i guess at lead work it sucks but what you gonna do we all have to start somewhere. I broke up the frusciante style lesson into phrases i only looked at it 5mins before i did my take for it so didnt practice it never really done bends before this vid so i dont know what note im bending too etc just tried to copy the action n left it at that hah.

Posted by: methodseeker Aug 1 2009, 05:31 AM

Bad timing for me: I'm leaving on a week's vacation in a few hours.

I too would be totally stoked to get some regular attention from any instructor, in any style. I'm embedding my two recent REC submissions which are a fair representation my rudimentary skill with a strat. What's missing from that picture is that browsing around the GMC lessons has also reignited some interest in classical guitar, and I've started putting some of my practice time into nylon string stuff. My level there is about the same, maybe 2+. I've been learning a lot about how to direct my efforts just from reading the site and watching the videos. I think what I could use most is help figuring out what are the most important things for me to work on now, and pointing out any specific weaknesses I'm not yet aware of. In return, I'll work relentlessly and share freely.

I think that Ramiro, Ivan M. or Dejan might be a good fit for my interests. I've only been with GMC for 2 months and don't know much about many of the instructors yet.

Hey guys,

I was in the previous MTP round with Monte (Lcsdds), who helped me big time! We came to the conclusion it'd be good if I'd apply here now. For me, Any instructor is good. If there's a spot, I think Ivan Milenkovic would be cool for me, since I know him a bit, and he has always helped me!

My style goes from pop, to jazzy, to rock, to metal, but mainly rock oriented. I play lessons up untill lvl 6, and here are some videos:
Volume Control Soloing (Piotr Kaczor)

In the style of Brian May (David Wallimann)

I've also competed (or still am) in the guitar master competition, so you can hear my composing skills tongue.gif I made this track: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=16672

I need a mentor, to help me learn some more theory, and give some support with the lessons I want to learn! And just to have fun with wink.gif Since I have some MTP experience, I could also do some mentoring, but only for the real beginners!

My MTP thread can be watched http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=24958. It might serve well to show that I'm very active, so you won't have a student who's only online once a month wink.gif I'm Looking forward to a new cool MTP period!

Here is my entry. A video I made something like 8 months ago: I use a camera and Guitar Rig + Toneport GX to record videos.
I think I really have a wild playing because I've never had any instructors. I've only learnt famous guitar pieces from tabs, so I know 0 about theory.

If possible I would like to be mentored by Pedja.

Posted by: Dexxter Aug 1 2009, 06:06 PM

Here's my application. My first choice mentor would be Emir, if he isn't available I would like to have Pedja smile.gif

Melodies and solo I've composed for Gabriel's Iron Maiden Collaboration:

Some of my REC takes:

Metal Rhythm playing:

Some lead playing:

Some neoclassic lead playing:

Check out my REC profile for more: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/Dexxter

A composition I made for the ongoing GMC competition:

I would like to be mentored by Mr. Milenkovic since he's been so helpful and I love the blues. David Walliman would awesome as well, but I would be honored to have a mentor of any sort at their calibur of play! I like music all over the spectrum, neoclassical.. blues.. hard rock.. metal. My theory knowledge is pretty low and technique needs some serious work but I'm willing to put it in.

Being in the MTP in an opportunity for me to become better in my weak points

like there are:

- theory
- being able to put theory in practice: improvise without playing wrong notes and play beyond box 1 -->modes, and no want scale to play in a key
- better phrasing
- better rhythm in phrasing and placement
- writing a solo
- writing songs
-

I think any GMC instructor will do because the are all very good. But I will apply for Muris, if he is available.

I use guitarport/gearbox, MusicMaker 2008, logitech pro 9000

I like to play rock, blues, blues rock, rock ballads, funk, funk-jazz (fusion) and simple blues-jazzy chord progressions.

My favorite guitarist are:
Ritchie Blackmore, Alex Lifson, Michael Schenker, Carlos Santana, Jeff Healy, SRV, Satch, Steve Lukather, BB KIng, Gary Moore, Wes Montgomery......

My mean goal is to become a solid all round guitarist.

Here are some vid i made for REC program

Hi guys.

I would like to be mentored by Pedja

Things I need to improve:

Improvisation (specially over changes)
Sight Reading
Technique
Repertoire
Composition

Videos of me playing

EDIT: I didn't Put my 2nd and 3rd choices. That would be Ramiro Delforte and Jose Mena, I will put David Wallimann to wink.gif

Nice playing paiva, ssup with the lightning?biggrin.gif

Posted by: Patrik Jezierski Aug 3 2009, 11:27 PM

Nice smile.gif

I would love to get mentored by either Pedja Simovic, Marcus Lavendell or Piotr Kaczor.

What do i want to Improve?
- My main weakness is that I put to little time in theory, (I know quite a bit) but i think it's really boring. But i might put down some effort in it tongue.gif
- Alternate Picking, Economy Picking and Hybrid Picking.
- The mystery of jazz/fusion theory tongue.gif
- Some nice licks might be fun
- Phrasing
- Mode changes
- I'm basically intrested in learning whatever Pedja, Marcus or Piotr has to offer smile.gif

Here's some videos of me playing.

Posted by: shadoweddime Aug 5 2009, 01:20 PM

Well here is a little vid of a random jam i did for this mentor thing, its not that great but hey.. it is the first time i've done this kinda thing. My style is predominatly metal but i enjoy learning all different styles as i feel it is important to add different flavours to the music i write. I am completly self taught which probebly means that i have picked up many mistakes, which can be corrected in the mentoring programme. my main goals are to clean up my fast picking and sweep picking technuiqes as well as expand my knowledge of scale and chord structures. Basicly i want to improve every facet of my playing. My main influances guitar wise are the following people: Dimebag, the Amott brothers, per nilsen (scar symetry) Zakk wilde, slash,Randy rhodes, srv, and many many more. I hope that being part of the mentoring programme will enable me to learn in a more dynamic way and make me a all round better guitarist/ musician

so there we go, i will upload some better videos with me playing better after the nerves have gone lol

Hi there,

Also trying to join the "MTP Club"!

I’m going for metal sound so would like to apply to Lian (by the way, totally awesome Anthrax lesson!!!). Guitar playing is a hobby for me and I have no intention of becoming a professional guitarist. For me it’s just for the fun of picking the guitar at the end of the working day. I like metal bands like Metallica, Anthrax, Pantera, Slayer, Machine Head or even Black Sabbath. Regarding to theory, I know almost nothing, I can read tabs though. This means I can play a song without knowing what I’m actually doing…

I’ve uploaded a youtube video, I’m sorry for the low quality it’s my first one and I have limited equipment. I’ll try to improve it asap but it was important for me to apply now. In this video I left all the mistakes so you can see my errors and notice my actual low skills.

I supposed I am any Mentor’s nightmare but… here I am!

Metal Horns!

I think Bogdan wont need any text caus he allready knows me quite well but if you need information, just ask. smile.gif

It would be a great honour!

Hi, I'm Amol! I've been working with Jeff in the MTP for the last few months, here's some of the lessons I've worked on below.

This is one of my own compositions before I started any lessons here at GMC that I submitted when I first signed up for MTP:

http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=14029

The things I'd like to work on include:
1. Song Repertoire (Playing entire pieces)
2. Rhythm technique & rhythm theory
3. Vibrato and Bending in a blues setting

I'm dedicated and will put in the time to push to the next level! I would like to work with Emir during this new MTP cycle.

Thanks!

Posted by: Sollesnes Aug 18 2009, 05:34 PM

I am interesting in joining, but I would like to avoid waiting. There are a few instructors I have on my mind, but it would be silly to apply for more than one, and doubtfully allowed. Is there a list to see who is available, and how long the queue is on the available instructors? smile.gif

Edit:

If available:
Desired Instructor: Ivan Mihaljevic
Second choice: Mitch Roberts

The main thing I want to improve is my lack of theoretical knowledge. smile.gif

This is the most recent video I have of me playing. I will upload a newer one soon (and put it up here if I remember, and it is necessary), showcasing stronger technique, better light and better audio. This however, will do for now. I don't want to fall out of this round of the MTP.

Right, have had zero time to sync the audio and video and render them all, so here's my first show of what I can do: EDIT http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8qt7VAoXkY EDIT

I would like to be mentored by either Muris, Emir, Jose, Zsolt or anybody else willing to mentor me ASAP!

I've been playing for about 4 years, and play mostly metal and hard rock. Interested in: ozzy, paul gilbert, symphony x, black label society, iron maiden and lamb of god. I have not had a lot of time recently due to uni constraints, but will give 110% if a mentor arises.

My general goal is to play the songs I like live. In terms of technique, I need to improve on my accuracy/co-ordination and my alt. picking the most.

Cheers.

Edited to post a working video. Will update soon to showcase more techniques being used and get a metronome/beat involved this time wink.gif

Also, check the practice schedule I started over a week ago in my signature. I detail what and how I'm practicing.

Posted by: dark_dude Aug 23 2009, 01:51 PM

Video was out of sync, have to redo. Sorry but sony vegas pro is driving me up the wall right now, will upload a video as soon as I understand a bit more about the program.

EDIT: Fixed, see post above.

Hi there! I don't know if I can apply, as I already am in the MTP with Monte being my mentor, but I assume that it is not a problem.

I am a metal/rock fan, that want to also learn some theory, but is on a very beginner level when it comes to it, so any instructor will be more than enough for my needs in that area also.

Looking at the number of my bookmarked lessons, those instructors are my "3 Kings":
Lian
Gabriel
Trond

When it comes to videos, here are two links that consists all my videos:

yes, sorry for the delay on this, unfortunatly Andrew (Cockburn) has suffered a back injury and is unable to sit at his computer at the moment, it was something he and I are on the verge of finalising, as soon as he is a little better (which he is hoping next week some time) we will finalise this for you guys.

again apologies but hang tight it will all be starting very soon smile.gif

yes mate, this will serve two purposes, one- it demonstrates that you are able to record video for the duration of the program and two - will allow the instructors to evaluate your playing ability smile.gif

Posted by: Rated Htr Aug 28 2009, 08:58 PM

ok, I'll see if I can do anything for it smile.gif

Posted by: NoSkill Aug 28 2009, 08:58 PM

Thanks for the update, Chris.

Posted by: Gobby Aug 29 2009, 04:28 AM

Hope I'm not to late to submit an application! In hindsight, I should have mixed the guitars a little bit higher, since you can only really hear me when I mess up. laugh.gif

I'm going through a power/folk metal kick right now, so I'd like it very much if Marcus Siepen would be my mentor, though I would be grateful to be anybody's student.

Thanks goes out to my roommate for the moral support. smile.gif

I posted already expressing my interest for a mentor however im yet to do a video i just got some guitar recording equipment and plan to get a webcam in the next couple of days i can strum some chords but have done very little lead work and dont know any songs. So im just wondering what should i post up, should i look for one of the very basic beginner lessons and just do a take on that would this suffice? Cheers.

I just saw that Pedja's MTP thread is full of new guitar CV's, does that mean the groups have been made?

No Kaz, I just asked all people who applied to study with me to write me guitar CV of a sort so that I can prepare lesson plans for them. That is (unfortunately) unofficial as we are waiting for Andrew and Chris to announce start of MTP.

Posted by: T-Gunn Sep 1 2009, 07:07 PM

Finally got a webcam and just did a couple takes i saw the Frusciante style lesson and just broke it up into little phrases and did a take on that havent used a webcam and its editing software before so just trying to figure that out should have the vid up within the next 24 hrs (ill put it in my first post where i applied for this) so i hope i manage to qualify still in the unlikely event that groups are made within the next 24 hrs cos that would suck tongue.gif.

Edit finally got it uploaded i posted the link and what not, gotta say im looking forward to this starting.

Hi,

I would like to sign up.
Here are the 'few chops' that I recorded this afternoon.

I would like to meet a mentor or somebody who could help me to improve my general skills as a guitar player.
I like mostly Blues Rock and Rock in general. But I'm really interested in knowing the scales, different techniques and how to thread well!!!

Thanks everybody in the MTP,

duendezillo

See my application video here:

ok, guys, sorry for the delay on getting this started, for the first phase I`ll leave this thread open for the rest of today for anyone still working on their video`s etc.

Tonight I will post up all the groups with the relevant Instructors and we can get this under way, tonight I`ll also open a "phase 2" which I will explain a little later on as well,

so if you still wish to take part in the MTP then get in quick before the cut off point smile.gif

Did Chris say that he will decide about the groups? That means that we can't chose who is going to be mentored, we will just get the list and start MTP.

no, everyone will get the Instructor of their choice, I will just post a formatted list to make it easier to read smile.gif

There are a couple of Instructors that were requested but at the moment are not able to take part, but those members also put other choices smile.gif

But we need to chose only 5. Is that correct? I thought you will decide which 5. I am saying this because I have more than 5 requests for MTP

Posted by: duendezillo Sep 3 2009, 03:54 PM

hi everybody!!!

I'm sooooo.... stressed out! I just found out that today it's 'decision day'. The funny thing it's that I dreamt last night that I was posting my cv with more detailed info just today!! Crazy...

Ok so, I decided that I would apply for Pedja Simovic as Instructor. (I'll send him my cv right now)

The decision would be in your hands very soon gentleman.

Thanks to all the Mtp staff again, specially to uncleSkillet for his recent guidence.

O oh.... I really want to apply, and I'm preparing a video right now, but I'll have to take the bus in about an hour and I'll be back at eleven o'clock this evening...I don't know when I'll post my video but for sure today. Hopefully, Chris you will count me in :S
(as you may have read before I wanna apply for Ivan Milenkovic or Gabriel Leopardi...)

to begin with we thought that 5 would be about the right number as a maximum, but some Instructors (yourself included) had more than 5 applications and expressed a wish to be able to mentor all that applied for the first phase, if Instructors are happy to look after more than 5 students for this first phase then that will be fine, it is entirely up to you smile.gif

I'm uploading a video atm, but have to go now to catch my bus...but in a few minutes you will be able to watch a first video from me, I let the PC running ;-) see you soon! I'll upload the rest by eleven o'clock
