Well, let's see:

matt bellamy - Muse. I love his singing...
Antony from Antony and the Johnsons - It's something totaly different then rock, but I really love his voice. Deep black vibrating voice.
Also a good and clear voice is the one from Rufus Wainwright. Either no rock stuff, but also very good.
James LaBrie - Dream Theater has also a very good voice... I can't reach his hights
