GMC Forum _ Ben Higgins _ Guitar Pro 6

Posted by: Mike RR24 Feb 18 2012, 02:37 AM

Ben,

I am learning that BASIC METAL RHYTHM lesson Marcus Siepen. My question is that he does not have a guitar Pro file so I thought I would import my own. Having just bought GP6 I'm not an expert with it but can get around surprising well for a beginner however I am stumped on this one problem. I saved his text file and imported it into GP6 as an ASCII file.
Everything sounds good after I changed to 132 bpm etc and added a distortion and dropped the tuning however in the picture below:

it plays the 220 bar chord then the 7 opens on the E and then automatically drops down to the next row ignoring the 442 and the 7 2's. Any idea why this is happening. It seems to do this on every row.???? I do not see anything there to make this happen. It's killing me dude !!! If anyone can help me out please jump in here and assist. I really appreciate it in advance.
