Ruzz - Mixolydian Riffs, By Muris Varajic |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Very nice take, 2 things though: you "swallowed" one note (around 20 seconds) which of course is not that dramatic, and you made the job a bit easier for you. Muris palm mutes a lot of the notes while you play everything open. This is also not a big thing but you should definitely give it a try.

Very good, but as Marcus said, one note was chocked, and with palm muting it would sound a bit more convincing. An 8 for you.

Nice playing. Some more palm muting on the pedal note would be needed, and the octave and chord part should be strummed harder. Another 8 for you.
