Hey guys I've recently joined GMC and I'm loving it so far . When I went to the forums I hoped to get an answer for a question that has been buggin me for quite a while .
I have a Jackson Randy Rhoads (RR, the one with the dots as fret indicators not the triangles) and I was wondering if it was possible to put a whammy bar on it. I love the sounds the whammy bars make and I wanted one for my guitar aswell, but I don't know wether it's possible or not .
So I would like to ask the people here for help since they know more about guitars than I do
Thx A Lot ^^
The majority of Rhoads models have a Tremelo. What is the model of your guitar? JS30RR,RX10D,RR24,RR3? What does the routing look like at the bridge? A pic would be great.
Edit:spelling
Would be difficult to do yourself and would probably cost you the price of the guitar to get it professionally done.
I guess it is a Js30RR and it has string through body which I think makes it impossible to put a tremolo in. Also it would cost more than twice the actual guitar costed...
If your into Jackson and the RR try the RR3 series for around~600$, they have tremolos and good pickups
Thx A Lot guys eehm this is the picture by the way :

It's a shame I can't put one on it would've been something nice to have, but I think I can manage without since I'm still a beginner. But thx again
Yep, JS model as ZW said. Another good recomendation If you want to stay with an RR and have a budget is the RX10D, which I have and think it's a good guitar, just not for sitting while playing.
