There is a program out there called Reality and it comes with a guitar cable. You plug that puppy in and press record. Any human thing you'd imagine can be played too. I'm just joking. The only way I could imagine that being possible is from a pre generated midi file that you could maybe edit in Finale or something. That would probably take so much longer and sound worse for the trouble.

I know in Cubase you can time stretch parts of audio (Good for correcting that one off note in a otherwise perfect take) you could always use something like that to "humanise" it but I suspect it wouldn't work that well tho

why would you want to humanize a guitar track? do you have a robot playing licks for you?
