I'm 5 Feet 10 inches (177.8 cm). I was actually 6 Feet tall, but after two compression fractures on my spine I actually lost two inches of height. How lame is that? Each time you have a compression fracture on a vertibrae, you lose about an inch of height. The vertibrae just gets crushed in the process. The good news is, I've got more reach in a fight than it looks like I should have by my current height smile.gif

I am often surprised when I understand how tall/short some guitarists are on the Internet. It's very hard to tell from a video where someone is sitting.

As an example - I get the feeling that Gabriel is longer than I would have guessed from his videos at GMC... =)

I am 1,76 meters = 69 inches

How tall are you?

Don't worry man, I just used the online calculator to figure my height and the grand total is 5ft. 3 inches or......152.4 cm. No wonder those Les Pauls seem so big! tongue.gif

I'm 191cm tall, so I guess that makes me the tallest so far biggrin.gif It's not all its hyped up to be, I have a hard time fitting into compact cars, and the back seat of such cars is almost impossible to access. Plus short people always ask you to reach stuff from the top kitchen shelf. Its a weird sensation when I stand next to someone much taller than me, I feel short and cute tongue.gif

I actually thought Gabriel was short as well... sorry Gabe wink.gif

1.95 m=6'5".......It really kind of sucks. Like Mudbone says......you can't just buy any car you want or any clothes you want. I really wish I was just average height. I played steinberger guitars when I first started playing and then sold them when I saw a vid of me playing and it looked like I was playing a ukelele.......... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

6' - 3" or 75" or 190.5cm.
Almost as tall as you Mudbone!

Not really a hadicap for me either... chicks like tall guys, my fingers can span the frets more easily, and I can still fit in the Vettemobile. I was too tall to become a fighter pilot though. I think the limit was 6'-0" at the time. I think ideally, I would like to be about 6'-1" though as I probably wouldn't have to buy "tall" shirts to get the sleeves to fit. biggrin.gif

I guess we get smaller from all the practice sessions smile.gif

I'm around 1.76 cm.
_________

Let's play a guessing game :

I guess Ben is about 1,83 cm and Cosmin around 178 cm.

smile.gif

biggrin.gif Almost there, you just inverted 2 numbers biggrin.gif I am 187 cm biggrin.gif

192 cms smile.gif

It's a pain in the butt sometimes,I find it difficult to drive most cars as my knees hit the steering wheel and if I push the seat all the way back, nobody can sit behind me :/
Finding clothes that fit me is also a HUGE problem!! ohmy.gif

I'm actually the same height as you biggrin.gif here is the mathematical formula for how I arrived at my figure:

190.5 + (ego/10,000) = 191

Yes, 6'1 is the ideal height, because more clothes fit and you're still taller than everyone else wink.gif
