Petrucci Made Easy, Lesson By Ben Higgins |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi again mate!
I'm here to say that I totally agree with Kris comments. As it happened with Maiden's lesson, the main issue here is timing. As this lesson has some faster licks, the timing issues are more notorious here. You need to isolate the trickier licks and work over metronome for some time, until you feel totally comfortable with them so you don't have to think on technique and put your focus on groove and rhythm. Breath, close your eyes, follow the groove with your body, feel it. That's the key. Keep going! -------------------- My lessons
