> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

hello,

here is the lesson: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/mr_gil..._for_beginners/

As always, I used a peavey guitar and a zoom gfx8.

Kind regards.

I don´t know what happens, the poll doesn´t appear.

You need to control those faster parts much better. Vibrato needs work as well. It's not very consistent. Overall feel is very good I am just pointing out the technical side of it. Also turn your guitar volume louder. I can hear the raw sound of your strings. I would recommend using DAW for recording and then do a sync with the video. Good work.

Nice take! The overall is well played but the two strings sweeping needs more work. I also think that your guitar sound setting isn't helping. Try adding more drive.

Very good take! I think you could apply a bit better muting so there is no aditional string noise, and the sound could be better.
