Hi Marcus,
I am currently practicing your "right hand workout" lesson, since it's time for me to move to level 5 lessons (regarding rhythm guitar).
I think the tabs for the last part are wrong, at least you play something differnet in the videos. I think I pretty much figured it out now, but maybe you can check the tabs...
I'll let you know when I put up the REC-take (sometime next week), it would be great if you could rate it!

The tab shows one note on the 7'th fret instead of second fret on the lower string.

Thanks Marek!
I just figured it out by looking closely at Marcus' left hand. I was confused because the tabs for the last part show that you have to play 2 strings simultaneously all the time, but it seems like Marcus does that only in some parts of the last part. Now that sounds confusing...anyway, I think I figured it out now!

Oh yeah, that's another thing in the tab. You're right about playing only one string at a time. Good that You figured it out, it's a great lesson:)

I think Marcus addresses this in the spoken part of the lesson. It's a great lesson, agreed. biggrin.gif

Hmm, did I miss something when writing down the tabs? I'll check that, sorry for causing the confusion

In the last part to the lesson its actually TWO guitar parts. Marcus mentions this earlier in the lesson. He plays a single note riff, then harmonizes it with a 5th above. If you play the two notes together, you get a power chord... but I believe the higher notes were meant to be played separately as a harmony... not necessarily on the same instrument.

Yup, this is correct, the last part is harmonized, this is meant to be played by 2 guitars, one guitar sticking to the main line and the second one coming in on the 5th.
