Practicing Harmonized Arpeggios, boring but I want to memorize all this stuff

im currently practicing the C form arpeggios in Dmajor and going through the entire D scale playing arpeggios for all the chords. I want to commit this to memory but it sure is boring, how do you guys practice arpeggios? my plan is after I have C form down then move to A form, till I have all the CAGED patterns down.

First, I learned all the triads of a chord, on 1 string, on 2 strings, and then on 3 strings.

After that, you start combining them.

    Im kind of am doing something similar, but In a different way. as I play through the arpeggio starting on string 5 to string 1 then back up ending on string 6, I am paying extra attention to the intervals and where the octaves of intervals 3,5,and7 are and the minors depending on what chord im on of course. by practicing this way and saying out loud the intervals as I play im playing pretty slow. I wonder if I should just work on the speed and accuracy and not worry so much where specific notes are for the time being. its kind of like I want to know every note I am playing when im playing it. I wonder if im making sense?

    I would take a chord progression and a five fret chuck of the neck and practice playing through the progression in that space using which ever arpeggio shapes are there. It's what I would use in a playing situation, so might as well practice that way.

    Then do it with the same progression and with the similar shapes up and down the neck.

    Paul Gilbert did a cool string skipping pachebel's canon type progression on Extreme Rock Vol 2 that's worth adding into your practice
