Fret Size Question, I wonder what fret size do you use

First I want to thank you for all the inspiration you gave me... Now, about my question, I am playing a standart amercan stratocaster (entirely rosewood) with medium frets. I think I can replace medium frets with jumbo ones. And as my nr1 inspiration I wanted to ask you which fret size do you use? I can't tell the size in mm but it's medium,yeah. With jumbo frets you get more sustain when pushing string down, more sustain as well.
