Hello, this is a really good lesson to work on your bending, timing and vibrato.

One thing I notice is that your fingers have a narrow range of reach. If you could eventually start increasing your finger span that will help you when moving through these phrases. If your fingers can reach notes easier then you won't have to move your whole hand to play lines which are quite close together.

Your string bending has a lot of potential. You're coping with it quite well.. it's not an easy track to play. You need to get your pitch control a bit better. One way of getting string bends to sound better is this way that I explain in this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hh_pYY6UYIw&list=PL9t1h0FnbQAsd7yW-el_8hW3qCSkzcGvA&index=4

That should give you an audio reference point so you can then try to hit that notes as accurately as possible.

Your timing suffers a bit because you're concentrating hard on string bending. As you get better at string bending then you'll be able to relax a bit and the timing will improve smile.gif

Hey mate smile.gif

I am honored you picked up this lesson and I think you are on the good path with it. Ben stated some very important things and I will only suggest that you take his advice into account while I will add something else:

Vibrato - you are vibrating notes immediately after striking them. You should let the notes breathe first and then vibrate them. Listen to the original recording and you will notice that I first hit the notes and then after allowing the pitch to be established for a while, I start to vibrate them.

You can record over the original recording to see if these details match smile.gif

I would be happy to help out with bending and vibrato, so please let me know if you would like that

All the best,

Cosmin
