well I am trying to make a cover of one of my favorite Maiden tunes"Aces High" and since that intro has a different bpm than the song and searching you tube for about an hour, does anyone know how to do 2 different tempos in reaper with Ez Drummer and reaper

I don't have direct experience with Reaper but in Cubase this is done by inserting and adjusting the tempo track. It allows you to set where tempo changes will occur in the timeline.

I have found this neat tutorial on Youtube on how to do this in Reaper :

Once you set the tempo changes in the project, your drums will automatically follow them as Ez Drummer is triggered via midi and midi follows the tempo of the project.

Please let me know if this worked smile.gif

Easy.

Just hold shift and press C or Insert - Time signature/tempo change marker

Then insert right tempo and move the cursor where you want.

EDIT: Bogdan was faster tongue.gif

if you want to "Cheat" download the Guitar pro file, and export the drums as midi and import them into your DAW smile.gif it'll save you a lot of time.
