Hi there,
Today I have the honour to present a new instructor with a broad range of styles (classical music, rock, reggae and jazz ). He has given us a home recording video for you to check out: Alejandro_Pi_ero_Sample_Forum.mov ( 863.65K ) Number of downloads: 221 To me, this gives associations to "Di Meola Plays Piazzolla" - but I don't know very much about this style so I am looking forward to the lessons and explanations! ----------------------------------------------------------------- ALEJANDRO PIÑERO: He begins his studies form taking private classes with such local teachers as Carlos Vega among others. In this time he realizes presentations in cultural centres of the zone for ej. Cultural Centre Adrogué, 'The hoar-frost rime ' interpreting popular songs. In 2001 he begins to study in “Manuel de Falla” wich is the 'Top Conservatoire' being a pupil of the teacher Maria Herminia Gómez Curly. In 2005 he continues his musical studies in Carlos Lopez Buchardo with the teacher Jorge Biscardi in the I.U.N.A, Department of Musical and sonorous Arts (National Ex-conservatoire Carlos Lopez Buchardo) to begin the career of Licentiate in Musical and sonorous Arts with speciality in guitar. Parallel, in 2004 he starts his studies of improvisation with the teacher Roberto Gessaghi. (School of music contemporary Berklee, E.M.U. La Plata). He has varied musical tastes like the classic music, rock, reggae and jazz and others. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Alejandro will be recording in Gabriel's studio in Buenos Aires and I have made sure they will drop us a line in this thread Welcome Aljeandro!
