This is why I love my wife so much. Since I started playing guitar 17 years ago I've always wanted a Les Paul, but I've never been able to afford one. Well, I'm turning 30 on October 2nd and for my brithday this year my wife decided to surprise me and got my friends and family to pitch in and buy me a real Gibson Les Paul Studio. I'm completely serious, she really got me a Les Paul for my birthday and she even let me have it 2 weeks early since it already arrived. Without a doubt this is seriously the best present anyone has ever gotten me in my entire life. Man, I'm such a lucky guy for having such a thoughtful, amazing wife. Seriously, I've had a smile on my face since it arrived. Pretty rad birthday.

thanks everybody! yeah, I've been beside myself since I got it. Can't stop playing the thing. She's probably slightly regretting getting it for me because I've been spending all of my time playing guitar and not hanging out with her.
