Hi all,

Just wondering how much use people get out of a pick. For example, I probably get about 5-10 hours out of a Dunlop tortex .88mm before I start to feelit is getting too flattended off. Any suggestions for longer lasting alternatives?

cheers,

I have a pile of em on my amp and several of them scattered all over the house so mine get very intemittent wear. I probably lose them before they wear out. is there a rule of thumb for pick use?

If your picks get rounded off, use sand paper to sharpen them.
That will make them last a bit longer.

I always keep my picks in a box or something. And I'm not using black picks either, because they sort of blend in with the surroundings, making them impossible to find.
