Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Unfortunately any kind of funk needs insanely tight timming. All those funky grooves work on some 16th notes accents and when You're a bit late, You'll play on the wrong 16th. I'm afraid this time You will need to put much more focus on the rhythm precission. But...The rating will be not that bad because in other aspects You did really nice work smile.gif

Hi Renan! As Darius said, you have to adjust your timing on this lesson. Rhythm is EVERYTHING on funk so the most important thing is the issue here. Keep on practicing this one to adjust your groove.

Hey there! Aside from what the guys have said - I would of course suggest you to break things down and practice each part as slow as possible, placing them together only after you have mastered each one sepparately. It is not an easy task, as both Darius and Gabe underlined, but with a little focus and most of all understanding of what you need to play, you will get the best out of this one!
