Well, that's the tunning that I'm using, and I'm writing some simple exercises for myself to practice this tuning so I'd like to now if somebody would be interested in that I record some lessons with this exercises.
This exercises are about positions, arpeggios, chords, etc.

Thanks in advance !! cool.gif

I definitely would Juan! I've explored the tuning a bit, but with a set of 9's, the strings seem to be quite loose. Still sounds ok though. Bring on the lessons! smile.gif

well, I use 10 strings, and it works really good FOR ME (hehe, I use 08 with standard tunning). I guess you should go for a 11 strings wink.gif

I said never gonna use it. But I do think it's good to have because then we gonna have more versatile videos on GMC! The fact that I'm not using it doesn't mean it's no good tongue.gif

11's to 54 are the string gauge needed for drop C,but make sure your nut can take the string as well!
Its fine with those locking nuts typical on all floyd mode guitars but I found the fat bass strings where miles
too big to fit in the nut and rested on the top on my strat and LP!
Yeah lessons would help out many here,Killswitch engage are killer in this tuning
