About the only place I spend more time on than Space.com is GMC so whenever something cool shows up on here, I gotta show it. This is a particularly cool animation that shows in pretty good detail what it would like if planets collide. |

I've seen that one, pretty spectacular!
Some say that happened to earth a long time ago, and that our moon is a large piece of debris of that collision. And thanks for sharing that site! I'm definetly gonna check it out some more since space really fascinates me. I'd love to be a physicist but I'm no good with math really, I can memorize equations and theories no problem, but actually doing them would kill me
