Going On A Trip To Italy

And I have a question for them. I'm going to Italy with my girlfriend at the end of June. (From 26th of June until the 4th of July). We will land in Trieste, rent a car there and then drive through the north of Italy until we reach Turin, where we will fly back to Belgium. But now, we (well, my girlfriend... I'm playing the guitar ) are looking for some places to stay. Some campings or cheap hotels. Does anyone has tips on where we might stay? Your help would be very much appreciated! There are some cheap but very nice and romantic hostel rooms (just for the two of you ofc), In Verona, if you happen to go there, it's on the east side of Milan.
