Thsi thread is for people to announce their entries and discuss them with others
Awesome! So just to clarify - the reason we have this thread is because new posts on the SI board aren't showed emmediately.
So if you have just posted a lesson of your on the SI board - it won't show until Smells or Andrew has checked it out. Therefore you can leave a notification here to say you have just submitted a lesson.
Have I got this right Andrew?
New SI audio Lesson and our first competition entry from "Superize" its an http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=14014 lesson, everyone go check it out
Nice one Isac great effort mate, well done
Nice
Thanks Smells
Edit: Smells my nicknamn is Superize not Supersize
Thanks man
I would be very happy if i got some feedback on my lesson
Nice!!
Sounds good
All I have to do now is to record my first student lesson...
Go for it! If you make an entry now, you are guaranteed second place or better the way things stand with only one entry so far
Yeah most likely
The reason that i got my lesson done so fast was because i had already made my lick and i had been thinking about makin a lesson of it....
Bt i cant wait to see everyone elses lessons
I'm gonna try and do a lesson for this. Audio lesson. I don't want to do a video lesson as I don't want people to freak out when they see my sexy guitar skills lol.
Very sensible - if you challenge people with skills beyond their comprehension they will react with fear and note vote for you
I shall teach people how to play guitar with their feet.
Is superize's entry fine for the rules of these SI lessons as I will use that as a basis for what is required in mine?
I couldn't possibly comment Go back and read the guidelines! But a clue is that Smells approved it, so he must be doing something right ...
I might come up with something if I find the time. Working shift is a pain in the a...
I recently improvised around the fretboard in spanish gypsy metal style, so it might be something about that. Sounds pretty awkward but gives a cool exotic feeling.
We'll see... If it happens I'll do a video-lesson, but with the risk of disappointing the whole GMC-community I'll wear clothes, so don't sit up day and night hammering that reload-button!
New Video Lesson and competition entry from "Zizi Top" called http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=14472&st=0
Nice clean solo for everyone to go check out
there's only 2 entries and 3 prizes, who's going to win the last prize lol
Well this competition should last longer in order for seniors to have a wider choice. Also, these kind of entries take longer time to do so we must be patient
OK, so I have posted an entry now. It's called "Improve your improvising" and it's about...Sscchhh, don't tell anyone, it regards the matter of improvising...
So now we are 3 entrys, right? So let's close this thing now, I'd like to wim something for the first time in my life...
Nah, just joking, let the best entry win! (But let me at least get 2nd or 3rd prize!?)
lol, since we're only 3, you have 100% chance of wining mate
can't wait to see your lesson
Good lesson zstevie!
The lesson is now set to visible and heres the link http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=14571&st=0

These are all great takes!!! Congrats ! I hope more people will get involved , maybe delaying the deadline because of all the necessary work needed on lessons..
I have 2 lessons to post, but my POD X3 live simple stopped working on USB interface...
Let's see if I can manage to post them anyway.........
If people can confirm they are working on lessons, I am happy to extend the dealine by say a week in order to get more entries ...
I'm also working on one aswell. Thanks!
Ok, in the interest of getting some more entries, I'll move he deadline to the 5th of May
Great lessons and effort so far! Can't wait to see who gets the prizes!
Of great that so many of you are going to do it too! This one will be interesting!
Well I won't participate after all got real issues with my recording stuff.. I'll post my lesson though as soon as I'm able to record it decently
oh .. that's too bad :s
So the last day to post a lesson is 5-th of May? Am i right? 'Cause im just finishing mine but i'm not sure it'll be done by today's evening. So i assume tomorrow's evening as a deadline Correct me if i'm wrong please
Depends on your timezone - I'll probably be closing it off tomorrow morning GMT -4 ...
I've submitted a lesson about recording with Reaper, hope those of you who are unsure how to use the program find it useful
I`ve just checked it out and set it to visible , looks like a great starting point for people wanting to use Reaper, goes nicely with Tonys lessons on the forums, good job mate
