Is there a WordPress plug in that allows you to do something similar do the drop-down FAQ answers on this page?

Like when you click on the question and the answer drops down, that's what I'm looking for.

I am not using wordpress anymore but I am pretty sure there is. Maybe you should ask at the offical wordpress forum

I would do this with simple CSS or Jquery. if you don't know how to write code there are tons of free scripts that can be implemented anywhere - wordpress as well.
