GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Metro-proud!

today. i sat down and played with a metronome for an hour! this really might not seem alot for you seasoned pro's but for me its quite an achivement! i'm really proud of myself:) and i am determined to keep up an hour or more a day!:)

This is true. You can really got a lot done in 1 hr. on serious practice.

1 advice though: you may also want to tap the metronome beats with your foot. This way you will not only be precise with your playing but you can unlock your inner sense of rhythm! It seems childish but it's going to be crucial later on for your rhythmic abilities!!

I started doing this regularly only recently but I can already feel a great amount of improvement.

In the "i-am-so-proud" thread, I could say I finished my first song's lesson and can play it on the backing track ! I am very proud as well (but didn't wanted to create a new thread tongue.gif) smile.gif

It tooks me about 2 hours though...

I feel my finger moving faster and faster and fasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer......... but they hurt atm... rolleyes.gif biggrin.gif
