Hey muris well got thru the beginner one lol ..Trying to get the bends to match yours is a bit tricky..That and i slipped out of time a small bit here and there. well I do know one thing this tune is a lil more tricky to play then one might think lol...Any tips on how to get my bends a little more in shape ??

Oh and by the way thats what the setup sound like thru a marshall vs 100 H valvestate head and a 4-12 carvin cab . I used 2 C414 bxl condensor mics. I did do a small bit of filter and noise gate work on the guitar track to clean it up a bit and get some of the unwanted air wash created by the room itself...but whats a few filters and tricks of the trade amoung friends laugh.gif Attached File  muris_rocking_tune.mp3 ( 1.84MB ) Number of downloads: 834

happy jammin john

As you know, timing is probably most important part of playing
and you nailed it 100%,thumbs up!!!!! biggrin.gif

About bends, your bends are actually fine,
you just missed few of them which isn't big mistake tho.

I would just add a bit more vibrato on both fretted and bended notes,
beside that I don't have anything to say, rock on!!!! smile.gif

Wow im lost for words ....thank you for you kind words..Im working on the intermediate one now..I must say what a handfull this lesson is. I have found with this lesson after recording serveral takes. to get the timeing right..it seems as though you use bends with vibrato kind of like small rests to make for better blending between each of the different parts of the solos..Its the pre bends that get me getting that pitch right,,but hopefully in a week i will have a perfect take..As far as the advanced lessons go im sticking with beginner and intermediate for now laugh.gif thanks again for your kind words means alot .............happy jammin and see you around john
