Maybe they will start signing up other Gibson players as a cross promotional sort of thing? What do you guys think? One would think they would have done something like this long ago, when CDs were still selling as a way to help promote the brand and its' artists. Maybe they are planning on doing mostly streaming releases and using it as a way to get their endorsees music out there when other avenues than self publishing might help. Still, it does seem an expensive proposition given the economics of being a record label these days. Maybe they will flop and do what you said?
