Hey guys! We always talk about food here so I wanted to share today's lunch at a friends house. We ate some Yaki-bifun which is basically Fried noodles, with any Chinese sauce that includes meat or chicken. I think that from today this is my favourite Chinese food.

Have you ever tried it? Which is your favourite Chinese food?

All of it? laugh.gif I love broccoli and chicken, pad thai, general tso's chicken, sesame chicken, lo mien, crab rangoon.. blah blah blah. Chinese/Japanese is probably my favorite food in general. I want to say I eat it once a week.

My mother is Cantonese Chinese (and my father's Irish) so I was brought up eating it. What the Chinese eat at home tends to be quite different to what you get in restaurants. Anyway some of my favourites are steamed Sea Bass, Salt and Pepper Squid, Beef in Black Bean Sauce and Dim Sum. Any dim sum, I'm more than happy to eat any dim sum. If you ever get the chance go to a Dim Sum restaurant in Hong Kong or Kowloon smile.gif.
