What Happened To The Videos

Hello,

I checked the search and found nothing. Sorry. Maybe I asked the wrong questions...
So please don´t be offended by my question.

My problem is: I can watch any video in the lesson section exept those big vids featuring Kris Dahl.
When I click on the picture (u know that with the picture of Kris and the size of the file) all I see next is a deep white field of nothing where the video-player and the text should be.

This doesn´t change. I waited 5 minutes with nothing but a red and white desktop. I even checked the FAQ and found I did nothing wrong.

This is my first day on this site and the fact, I can´t even watch one of Krises vids is depressing me. What can I do to get more life in this desolate condition?
