Insane Tapping Part, Cant even start to learn it |

Hello guys learning this song now:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp_Stfgekx0 1:23 - 1:39 Seemed like a good challenge. I often come across very diffuclt licks. So I use a slowdowner quite often to see what is going on in there. The problem with this part I came across, you can always learn to play it in a very slow tempo and work your way up. Well here I cant even start cause I dont really hear what is going on it goes all blurry since it is so fast even on slowest speed. How do I tackle this? Trying harder? The other tapping in the song I can play but not this part and I want to learn it since it is a great song |

Amazing song and playing! I checked that part and the problem is that the tone is not very clear in that part, he is playing very fast, and some of the tapped notes are double. You will have to divide both hands and start learning the notes that he plays with his left hand and then with right hand. Finally combine both. It's a tricky part so take your time to learn it.

after a closer look i see the patterns are kind of repetitive.
There are lots of "tripple taps" Tap 19 tap 21 tap 19 for example, not easy to make! |

I also think that he is doubling the notes. BTW, his girlfriend is another old friend of mine
 I will write her and see if she can talk him into giving me a tab

I just work on it and now I can play it at 40 % speed so working my way up
You are doing a hammer-pull of but with your right hand, tapping and its hard to do on the D string |
