Deeprooted Inspiration, lick of the day winner inspired :)

Mar 5 2008, 10:49 PM	Learning Tone Guru - Community Coordinator & Moderator Posts: 6.319 Joined: 24-September 07 From: Sittingbourne, UK	Well, I would like to congratulate Deeproots on romping away with the win on the Lick of the Day competition, I think it was well deserved for his cool lick, as soon as I heard his lick I it made me instantly want to learn it, which I duely did and I wanted to use it in a piece that I`ve been working on. I`m not using his riff exactly, I`m using the first half of the lick, but it actually became the whole theme for the piece so I decided to call it "Deeprooted Inspiration" Not my normal kind of style but its something I`m breaking myself into slowly on the neo classical rock type of thing. Yup you certainly did mate, I`ve been working on this on and off since I heard your lick thanks mate I`m glad you liked it, I believe theres many qualities that a good instructor should have to teach, I dont feel I have all those qualities to be a good instructor, theres also the element of time that I get quite short on with my family and of course the dreaded work, I will continue to work on the begginner videos that I started a while ago though, I enjoy doing it, I wish I could get the next one finished quicker than its taken me so far but I`ll get there but thanks mate, its really nice of you to say that and is motivation in itself for me to carry on the way I`m going with my playing You are at GuitarMasterClass.net Don't miss today's free lick.
