I know alot of you name your guitars, tell us what they are and why you chose that name smile.gif i love soem of the answers i get.

Washburn Dime V = Unas
--Because i use this guitar strictly for detuned stuff, like Nile specifically, its named after Niles song "Unas, Slayer Of The Gods"

Ibanez RG350 = Alustriel
--the day after i got this guitar i just finished one of my favorite books, "R.A. Salvatores The Two Swords", and the first piece of music i wrote with this weapon in my hand was based on an event in that book that involves a person named "Lady Alustriel".

My handmade Acoustic = Cloud
--I Seriously love Final Fantasy......

Dude why Cloud theres way better characters in VII like Vincent or Red XXIII or Sephirot which is a total badass.

Well I never really thought of naming my guitar but if I would, It would prolly be a girls name. Ill think of something though.

No name here. I don't see a point in naming a guitar... unless you are like Vai and have dozens of guitars on tour and you have to explain your technician what guitar do you want! biggrin.gif

Why? Because you want to put your hands around her neck? wacko.gif
I did come up with other ones involving the body, but this one was evil, the other ones dirty biggrin.gif

More to add smile.gif
I won't go over the neck or into the plug thing though.

Nice body, nice curves.
I can pinch her and get good harmonics out of her.
She hits a note in me.
Play her strings.
She performs great.
She's great on stage.
She's electrifying.
It feels good to string her up.

You might wanna treat her the Hendrix-shows-off way, but that's abusive.

Or you could name it after a one-nighter, but then you'd get no strings attached.

I have to quit this, I'm a sick, sick man sad.gif
