I Need To Vent Some Anger!

It might help you, I did that after hours of practice for a different technique when I couldn't do I got pissed and didn't play for a couple days. Its been about 6 months I have just been trying to do the basics, and get something. I cant even keep this stuff steady. SIGH I need a video, up close slowly. How to exactly do it. Omg this is a great techqniue, but yet such a (YEAH YOU KNOW THE WORD) to get down. Some1 mind helping me with this video, up close. Slowing, on all the movments needed please?!?!
