Hi everyone,

Most of you now know me as I post a lot on the forums here. After talking with senior´s and moderators, We have decided to open a few off topic threads that are desinged to help people with language learning. Here at GMC we have a wide variety of differant nationalities, languages and cultures. So within this forum, I will be giving advice on practical spanish in everyday life, translation queries, how to integrate effectively with spaniards and latin americans, living in Spain or Latin America and many other issues around this topic.

I would be happy to take any questions about your Spanish, the great thing here at GMC is we have a lot of Spanish speaking members aswell, so they can correct me aswell lol!!!! tongue.gif yeah right!. Learning a language is like learning to play guitar, there are many similarities, practice indeed makes perfect biggrin.gif . I have been only learning for 5 years but I have had the privilege of having excellent friends in South America and Spain! Having lived in Spain and I am currently living in Ecuador, learning is a lot easier.

With all that being said, any queries or worries with your grammer, transaltions or anything you can think of, don´t hesitate to make a post!!!!

Hope to speak to you all soon,

Jamesito biggrin.gif - Spanish God LOL yeah right...

Hey guys,

I just finished reading Ivan´s review for the marshall blues pedal which was really informative! I have been looking for a Blues pedal for a while but I can´t seem to make the commitment to buying one, I have been looking at the DigiTech Screamin Blues pedal which sells on ebay for about 28 pounds including delviery. The reviews I have seen on the internet have been positive but before making a purchase I would like to know if anyone here has that same pedal or has experience in using it or maybe somebody can reccomend a good blues pedal. It would be used with a Marshall MG30 DFX which has good overdrive anyway but I feel the pedal would give my playing better tone control.

Hey everyone on GMC,

I decided to make a new post here as the other one was only initially in Spanish and some of you could not understand... sorry smile.gif so im saying Hello again hehe, I guess English has got to be the language to connect all of us together. tongue.gif Well what can i say about myself, Im 21 i live in Guayaquil, Ecaudor but im from the UK orginally, near Leeds. I have been playing guitar for about 3 years on and off... I never took a real intrest in it until i saw Kris doing some cool metal licks on an advert, awesome...

bought my first electric guitar... which is a Epiphone Les Paul Studio which i have customized with EMG H3´s and some decal. I still need to upload some fotos... I´m using a MArshall MG30 DFX amp which does the job i guess. Well hope to get to know all of you soon. Hasta luego! laugh.gif

Hola Grabriel!

What´s up? I was practicing your thrash metal class today and it inspired me to practice the metal style more! One of my favorite groups is Heroes del silencio, a group from Zaragoza in Spain, they are well know in Spain and Latin america... I think it would be an excellent idea to make a lesson in their style... we will see if anyone else is intrested in that i guess... What do you think?

Holas a toditos!
