Hi guys.

It's sad, but I am kind of stuck at playing the guitar. I have been playing for the last four years, but now I am stuck, and want to get started again!

I am playing a lot of lead guitar (soloing), but the problem is that I just don't know that many scales. I have been playing the **** out of the pentatonic scale, but I am getting bored at that.

So what could you guys recommend for me? (I am playing rock, blues and soft music)

Hey man! It's normal to have this moments in our musical life.. I think that Ivan is your man!! He has done some really good workshops covering arpeggios, modes and scales. His style has influences from those styles that you like so I think that you will get motivated again with his lessons... check them out!

Thanks Gab for recommendation smile.gif

Well, I agree with the guys, you can check out some new scales, arpeggios or new songs that you like. If you haven't started with arpeggios, now it's a good time, and also if you didn't master that diatonic scale, now it's time for that too..

Listen to some fresh tunes smile.gif stuff you haven't listened to just yet wink.gif you usually play what you listen to - meaning that we are heavily influenced , even though sometimes, unconsciously, by what we are listening to!

Try adding a Dominant 7th scale to your style, fits perfectly with rock and blues progressions .
