Custom24 - Triad Arpeggio Etude |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Triad Arpeggio Etude by Ivan Mihaljevic on GMC.
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/triad_arpeggios_etude/ Gear used: -PRS Custom 24 10-Top -Fractal Audio Axe-FX Ultra - Mark IV lead patch -Mixed in Logic 8. Neck pickup (Vintage bass) gave a pretty smooth sound. Came out really compressed. iMovie keeps doing that. Also, dont mind the goose in the background at the end. you got a solid 8 from me, nice TONE!, but i think you could keep tempo a little better!
also, imovie should be applying a compressor/limiter/expander of some sorts, check the audio channel plugins and bypass em -------------------- Check my Instructor Profile Rockers! Got a Blog too!, www.adriantracks.com Follow me on facebook and youtube! -Youtube |

This is good, but there are some note bleeds. You should be able to play these slow sweeps with extreme precision, meaning there are no pauses between the notes, and notes do not bleed into one another.

I was a point to write what Ivan said. You should pay attention on every note duration and respect it. You're letting these little silences between the notes that sometimes can make fade a little bit from tempo. But apart from this, is a very well played dude!!

In my oppinion, this is a very good take. I don't really hear or see a problem here, regardless of the tone, everything is played well.
