Hi all, this morning i found out that mesa just released the mesa boogie mark five
looks like an awesome amp, and also extremely expensive!

please tell me what you think about it
This was a big announcement at this years NAMM, seems like a very interesting amp for sure. If only the price wouldn't be very high
Thanks for sharing.
I'd love one of those
But I don't think I could afford one in my lifetime, hehe..
Epic! Wonder what the price in Sweden would be?
Beautiful. I love Mesa Boogie amps.
Best piece of engineering I've seen so far from Mesa (and most of other amps as well). Awesome amp head built. I would like to hear some samples of it, it would be great. I'm sure it's versatile as hell.
Looks awesome, mix of old Mark and newer stuff,
can't wait to hear it how it sounds.
Wow, I ran through the whole description and it seems like a huge new terrain to explore in tones (at least for me, a guy used to simple combos and such...)
Awesome!
I use a Mark IV and am very curious to try the new one!
I couldn't find any good vids, but this is one:
Looks amazing, but quite frankly I don't think it's gonna be all that affordable considering that the your average Mesa combo/top already will cost you a bloody fortune!
Nice! if only I could affored such an amp.. but instead im stuck with my 100$ line 6
This is a killer amp. I read the specs the other day and it has it all anyone could possibly need.
Has anyone heard any further news on the price on this one?
That seems really cool mainly because it is based on the old Mark series, and i love them. I had got a DC5 from Mesa and i had the opportunity to test a Quad rack: a beautiful clean (based on fender i think) and a really nice lead sound. But you have to spend times on it to find different configurations (really effective graphic equalization) , it is not plug n play in my opinion but when you find your sound...
Seems like a ultimate amp ! Too bad it will be expensive , but I guess its worth it!
