Today Is The Day., My first full gig! Options

So today I will have my first full gig, though it won't be a proffesional gig(I'm not getting paid for it), but still, a gig is a gig.

So I just wanted to use this opportunity to thank you guys, really, for everything.

When I joined GMC I just wanted to learn how to play songs by Satriani, Vai, Andy Timmons, ETC. I didn't even think about making music, but over the time, learning more and more lessons, knowing more and more musicians it just flipped my mind.

I started developing my own style, I started writing a bit, and eventually I started joining and playing with bands, things that a couple of years ago I would have said "Nah, I could never do that.. I suck."

So today is my first gig, and even though I'm playing the bass, which by the way also something which was only possible thanks to this site and Bogdan in perticular, I was just about to sell my bass when Bogdan joined the site, and he gave me a reason to start using it

Yeah, I sidetracked, so yeah it's my first gig, and I'm very excited, hoping that this is only the beginning of my music journey, and I'm dedicating this gig for you guys, and I'll upload all videos from the show here, even the ones that won't go on youtube.

Once again, thank you all the instructors and members, you really motivated me and helped me find what I really want to do in my life
