Yeah, imitating other instruments on guitar
will make you sound very "strange and cool" at the same time,
like many great Jazz players who were imitating sax players etc.

And it's Em with small touch on E Dorian at one point. smile.gif

Also, work on appoggiatures which is basically approaching a note from below or above with fast hammer-ons, pull-offs or slides.

g is grace note, like fast added note right before the one you're aiming at,
usually it is a note one fret bellow or above the real note,
and can be performed in many way like David said, pull-off, hammer-on, slide etc

doesnt sound too complicated. thogh i think the theory of this flute is a bit advanced so ill stick to my ears and try to make it work. my guitar is being repaired now anywayes and im getting crzy from not being able to play.

can it be performed with a bend or a pbr? that was one of my goals in this lick

This gave me some ideas to work on copying another instrument as well, never really thought about doing it until now.

Thanks for the idea, good luck with your own transcription and beautiful music btw smile.gif
