Doing A Flute Solo On A Guitar |

im trying an exercise where i take another instrument and try to play its lick on the gutiar. i found a beutiful flute solo from the celtic metal band eluveitie and i want to do it on the guitar.
but i dont have a very good ear so instead of trying to hit random notes until i get it i waondered if any of you can tell me by ear some things about this piece, key,scale,modes,notes,which part on the guitar should i play it on anything can help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCd3D0AxMnQ --------------------  |

Yeah, imitating other instruments on guitar
will make you sound very "strange and cool" at the same time, like many great Jazz players who were imitating sax players etc. And it's Em with small touch on E Dorian at one point.
