So I finally got around to replacing my old M Audio Fast Track Pro with a broken headphone socket.
I bought the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 2nd Gen and I was just expecting a working headphone jack to be the main difference between the two, but Holy Crap there is a huge difference in audio quality, so much more clarity. I've never heard the differences in those mixing videos when they bypass some eq tweaks and I think it was my crappy interface and not my ears at fault!!!! -------------------- My SoundCloud

Congrats, I've got the 1st gen 18i8 and I love it. Be sure to use the Scarlett control though. Especially if you're wanting to record stereo
