Hi, My name is Christina from Dallas, Tx (US), I've played around with the guitar since 2005 but I'm just starting to get serious about it now. I hang out with a lot of guys from different bands and I've been asked to play in metal bands that think it would be crazy to have a female shredder, sadly though I'm not at a stage level yet and it is my personal mission to get there for myself and for the social aspect of it as well. My favorite genres are thrash, shred, speed and black metal. I have a few favorite instructors already, I really enjoy the layout of this forum and can't wait to progress through here as well as with my additional studying. I'm ALWAYS on the computer so feel free to talk to me, if your on here than we already have something in common tongue.gif .

O yeah and the name Phazero is something I've been called for years. I originally picked it up when I used to write graffiti. Phase was due to my characteristic of constantly changing and evolving into something better. Zero is infinite and nothing. So Phazero means I'm always evolving and always where I need to be, living in the present and going to the future. So yeah blah blah blah theoretical crap biggrin.gif anyways I included a pic of my Ibanez RG370DX, Rigor Mortis and I, when we first met in 2005. Since than we've added a new addition, a Jackson named Deviant and we're expecting a ESP or Schecter some time later this year biggrin.gif .I name all of my important items (friends) such as my guitar because there's a sort of bond that happens when you spend hours on end with something and you really get used to it,it becomes a part of you, an extension of your body to create art...sorry more theoretical mess hehe thanks for reading

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, it's good to see such an active community! Oh, and I know it's rare but my guitars happen to be guys, maybe the schecter will be a chick. If you're bored you can sit and wonder how you tell if a guitar is a guy or a girl. Mine are too laid back to be girls hehe rolleyes.gif
