Hey there Kosei!

First of all, I want to thank you for keeping up with the shredders on this site by contributing with flawless renditions of unforgettable historical compositions! smile.gif
Really is pleasing to play classical music, for the ears too. laugh.gif

Well, to my question..or, request actually..smile.gif I have always gotten some hefty shivers down my spine when I've heard the beginning of Schuberts "Ave Maria". It is just SO incredibly beautiful. So I was thinking that perhaps you would want to make a lesson on it? smile.gif

That would be just great! And I know that you made the "Bach Prelude Lesson" and that it's supposed to be some version of Ave Maria, but I'm thinking about the particular Schubert version.

Well, hope you can find the time! smile.gif

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

/Seagull

EDIT: To eliminate any doubt, this is the version I'm referring to. smile.gif

Hi, Seagull!

Thank you for your supportive comment.

Schubert Ave Maria, oh, that's a beautiful one.

It might be a difficult one if I were to play both song melody and the accompaniment on a single guitar, but it would worth playing just accompaniment by itself.

I would look into it!

KK

Hi Kosei,

I too would love to have your rendition of Schubert’s Ave Maria. The fact that it has two parts makes it an even more magnificent learning piece. Of course, the two parts can be played separately and learned that way. I know you know this, but for those whom may not know of the possibilities of playing such pieces, I for one have a Roland BR600 and can perform individual parts in its own track and then either bounce them or play either part my controlling the track volume. Another method of recording can be recording in separate stereo channels. For me, it’s always a productive experience to be able to learn multiple parts of a piece. I sure you agree it makes you a better and more versatile player for those of us whom have not developed enough to play more complex pieces.

I am currently working on your Bourree rendition and look forward to continuing with others.

Thank you
Tangoman
