Probably my favourite song is "In the mist she was standing". In my opinion it has one of the most epic intro i ever heard with harmonized guitars reminescent of Iron Maiden:

Well, we analyzed "The Grand Conjuration" and these are the concepts that we learnt from it:

+ Dimished 5 chords
+ Compound Meter (3/8 - 5/8 - 6/8)
+ Phrygian Major
+ Combination of minor scale and blues scale for soloing
+ Use of tapping
+ Phrygian Minor + diminished 5
+ Modulation from Dm to Am (Riff in Prhygian Minor scale)
+ Modulation from Am to Gm (Phrygian)
+ Modulation from Gm to Am (Phrygian)
