Probably my favourite song is "In the mist she was standing". In my opinion it has one of the most epic intro i ever heard with harmonized guitars reminescent of Iron Maiden:

I really feel sad that I missed this lesson. It must have been epic. Are you going to post anything from the lesson Gab?? So I can hear what you guys came up with ? Slavenko said: "opetholic should be here!!!" Well, we analyzed "The Grand Conjuration" and these are the concepts that we learnt from it: + Dimished 5 chords + Compound Meter (3/8 - 5/8 - 6/8) + Phrygian Major + Combination of minor scale and blues scale for soloing + Use of tapping + Phrygian Minor + diminished 5 + Modulation from Dm to Am (Riff in Prhygian Minor scale) + Modulation from Am to Gm (Phrygian) + Modulation from Gm to Am (Phrygian) -------------------- My lessons
