I dunno why you would want to destroy it but if you want/have to do it and it's your first time destroying a guitar you should do the classic:

Grab it by the neck and swing it over your head onto the ground, like an axe, until you break the body/neck joint...


Burn the remains and give us some pictures!!

I think that situation is not that bad...You should try fixing it and also bringing it back to the shop if job was not properly done. You should be able to fix all those problems you mentioned...
