Hey Ivan I have a question regarding your Gary Moore style solo lesson

lesson

I practise this mainly to improve my phrasing cause I really like this style of bendings and vibrato you play in there a lot.

But now I have my old slow blues/ballad problem: How do I get the rythm exactly?

How do I count this right? What would you suggest? Till now I go just with my feeling but I really play a lot of notes at the wrong place... smile.gif

Maybe I need a system to count this like 1+2+ 1+2+ 1+2+ 1+2+ for straight 16th.

greetings...

Hey man! Sorry for not responding straight away!

The tempo here is very slow, 60bpm. You can tap your foot in 60bpm tempo, but you can also tap eight triplets. If you hear carefully you will see the hihat playing eight triplets (3 notes per click) so you have in one bar:

|1-2-3_1-2-3_1-2-3_1-2-3|

Please tell me if this works for you, if needed I will clarify in detail. Cheers smile.gif
