My band has been playing 4 gigs in the first round of the national "Rockkarusellen" competition, I have posted a couple vids from it.

As it turns out we are through to the next round!

6 band out of 26 made it through and since we have no real idea how we sound to others its absolutelly huge for us to know that so many people liked us. It is a competition for beginner/unestablished bands but we are beginners sort of so thats nice

The next round is next friday (the 17th). We only get 12 mins in this round and the songs we will play are the ones we play best and got the best response from those that listened. They may not be the songs we like best though

These are the 3 songs we will play, in this order. BTW, both me and the singer/guitarist play line6 POD live directly through the mixer, no amp.

1. Until nothing else remains. The vid is shot at the last of the first round gigs. I couldn't hear my guitar through the monitors so its a bit "untight".


2. One step closer. Unfortunatly I don't have a complete take from this song. This one got the best feedback from our friends, on this gig we could all hear ourselves better


3. Dead man's words, one of our first songs. This one just feels like a good song to end with Shot at the same gig as One step closer, we *could* hear ourselves
