So lately Ive had alot of time on my hands, and I was wondering if it is normal for my hands to feel tired and fatigued after a few hours of playing. It doesn't sting or hurt really its just really tired feeling. Like running a mile in my hands. any suggestions would be great thanks

If it doesn't hurt I don't think you should be worried. It's perfectly normal to be tired after a few hours of practicing and playing smile.gif Just like you said, "run a mile with the hands"

It's normal, because your fingers got tired. Just relax a bit, massage them and you can continue with the practice. Build up your practice time gradually and be consistent, this is a safe way to preserve fingers in the long run.

It is normal if you still relatively new to playing. For the first year or so I had all sorts of "problems" with my hands but eventually this dosent become an issue anymore.

As long as your not in pain, just keep working hard smile.gif

This is normal, if there is no pain then you should be fine. Just try to make pauses each hour of playing for at least 15 min.

I've played a few years, but not as much as I am now. According to you guys its normal for my hands to feel tired after I play for a few hours. I just dont know if its normal for my hand to feel tired for a day later. I starting taking breaks every hour and stretching and warming up long and see what happens. thanks for all the feedback

Yes, it's quite normal, though it would be good if you could make small breaks during practicing, say, if you plan to play 4 hours, make one or two breaks 5-10 minutes long. It really helps!
