Don't worry too much about the levels, it's a suggestion but you might be ace at something and need work and struggle on something else at that same level. Finding the areas which need work is the first step.
Keep it slow and play as cleany as possible, focus on one hand then the other. Work on reducing the movement and distances required in both hands, while staying comfortable and relaxed. Then build up speed slowly possibly against a metronome. I would suggest practicing string skipping, such as: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/string_skipping_etude/ This might be a real challenge, but give it a good go to control and gain confidence in your picking hand to be able to jump around strings, then come back to the lesson(s) you struggle on and it should feel a bit easier. --------------------  Play Games Arcade Take a break, Play Games! if you can do it at 50% it's good! just keep at it, once you nail it completely at that speed, raise the tempo by 8bpm every time until you reach your goal, time is your ally
