Hi guys! A GMCer recommended me a book called "Effortless Mastery", I read some review and found it very interesting. So I got the book and started reading it and I must say that it's so great! I find it very useful and inspiring, and I think that every musician should read it, even more if you are doing your first steps in music.

I must get my copy back - I borrowed it to a guy a few years back and he hasn't returned it! Grrrr!
