Well you could add a noise-gate/noise reduction plug-in to the track if you got one in your recording software

Might try with moving your amp bit away from your PC and units like TV etc,
while turning OFF your TV,not just volume

I would try Muris's suggestion first and also: check your cables, preamp placement and grounding, place any equipment that are 'linked' in a recording chain on a single electrical connection in a star formation to reduce possible earth hum, use balanced cables and if necessary use a DI box before using a noise gate. Generally you should eliminate the problem rather then process it out - in the case of a noise gate if it is poorly set up it can have an adverse affect on your tone.
